Educators tell us their biggest concerns about teaching BMLs is that many consistently struggle with learning—they’re not able to comprehend learning concepts, they find it challenging to work independently and they often don’t seem to be making progress, even when they work hard.
Feeling overwhelmed trying to support your bilingual and multilingual learners (BMLs)?
Many teachers face similar challenges, lacking the tools to help BMLs fully comprehend content, work independently, and accelerate their progress. Most have never received proper training, and common methods can unintentionally harm students’ languages, culture, and identity.
What if there was another way?
What if you knew EXACTLY what to do to help your BMLs understand their learning content?
What if you knew how to help them work comfortably and independently?
Instead of helping your students make progress, what if you learned how to help them to ACCELERATE their progress?
If this sounds impossible, we can promise you it’s not!
The reality is, most teachers have NEVER received any training to work with BMLs. As a result, many are unaware that commonly used approaches are not recommended for BMLs; and some inappropriate methods can actually harm a student’s home languages, culture and identity.
Many of these common practices also significantly hinder students’ ability to succeed and thrive in their schools and classrooms.
The good news? Thousands of educators have transformed their approach and discovered the Top 3 Secrets to Accelerating BML Success.
Join our LIVE Masterclass on Saturday, January 11th, 2025, to learn these proven strategies for just $7.99 USD.

Alison Schofield, Master of Teaching BEd, B.A. Psychology, Developmental Services (Diploma) & Francesca McGeary, M.A. (Hons), Dip. T.E.S.O.L.
With over 20 years of combined experience in education, Alison and Francesca are dedicated to transforming the learning experience for bilingual and multilingual learners around the world.
Their journey began as teachers, but when they moved out of classroom teaching in 2008, they opened their own educational company, helping children with literacy challenges accelerate their reading and writing skills.
This work led them to uncover a critical issue: bilingual (ELL) children were often sent to psychologists due to language barriers rather than receiving the targeted support they needed. These children were sometimes tested under assumptions that they were native English speakers, leading to false-positives on psychological tests.
Determined to address this gap, Alison and Francesca developed a mission to help educators get the expertise they needed to support their bilingual and multilingual learners. Their approach is grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies designed to empower teachers.
Alison and Francesca are passionate about improving educational outcomes for all students, particularly those from bilingual and multilingual backgrounds. They strive to provide educators with the tools and knowledge necessary to create equitable learning experiences.
Their innovative approach combines years of hands-on experience with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by multilingual learners. They focus on delivering practical solutions that can be easily implemented in the classroom.
Through their book, courses and webinars, Alison and Francesca have empowered over 4,000 teachers, making a significant impact in the field of education. Their work continues to inspire and support educators around the world.
